Terms of Service

These terms are between you and GREENAWAY ROOFING LIMITED, trading as Eaveline (greeroof.shop). By browsing, buying or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. Children under 13 may not register or order. Those aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent and supervision, particularly for any tool use. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.

We sell physical exterior cleaning and weatherproof-storage tools intended for use from ground level, together with an optional membership subscription. All prices are in USD.

We do not sell ladders, scaffolding, access platforms, harnesses, fall-protection equipment, pressure washers, powered or fuelled roofing equipment, or building materials. We do not provide any services: we do not carry out, visit, quote for or arrange roofing, exterior, structural, electrical or waterproofing work, and we do not broker contractors.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable) and will refund any payment taken. We aim to describe products and prices accurately; occasional errors may be corrected.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. The statement descriptor for charges is EAVELINE. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping.

Paid memberships (Ridge, Summit) renew automatically each period until cancelled. Benefits are service benefits for the current period only — they are not credit, stored value, points or a cash balance, and do not carry over. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

You agree to use our tools safely and lawfully and to follow the Product Safety & Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, including using products only from the ground and never at roof height or on fragile surfaces.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not liable for misuse of tools, use contrary to our safety guidance, or work that should be carried out by a qualified professional. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

All content on greeroof.shop — text, imagery, branding and layout — belongs to GREENAWAY ROOFING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
