＋ How high do the telescopic poles reach?
Our telescopic poles extend up to 3.4 m from the ground so you can reach low gutters and upper windows while standing on firm, level ground. They are not for roof-height or above-roof work.
＋ Do you sell ladders or work-at-height gear?
No. Eaveline only sells tools used from the ground. We never sell ladders, scaffolding, harnesses or fall-protection equipment, and we do not carry out or arrange any exterior or roofing work.
＋ How long does delivery take?
Standard worldwide delivery is 3–8 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and tracking follows once your kit ships. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
＋ Can I return a kit?
Yes, within your returns window if the item is unused and re-sellable. Used tools, opened items that affect resale, and damaged-through-use goods are excluded. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
＋ Are any cleaning chemicals included?
No. Kits include tools only, and any spray bottle supplied is empty. Buy and use your own cleaning products following their safety data sheet and ventilation guidance.
＋ Which surfaces can I use the tools on?
Each product page lists suitable surfaces. Test hard bristles or blades on a small, hidden area first, as they can mark delicate render, glass or coatings.
