This policy covers how you may use the Eaveline website and any content you submit (for example enquiry messages or reviews). Using the site means you accept these rules.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights when using the site.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape, resell or misuse content without permission.
• Submit false, fraudulent or another person's payment or contact details.

If you share photos (for example with a review or enquiry), only upload images of property you own or are authorised to photograph. Do not upload images that identify other people's private homes without their consent, and do not include other people without their agreement.

Any content you submit must be accurate, lawful and respectful. Do not post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy. We may remove content that breaches these standards.

Our products are for lawful, ground-level exterior upkeep only. You agree to follow the Product Safety & Disclaimer: never use tools at roof height, on ladders or on fragile surfaces, keep poles clear of power lines, and leave roofing, structural, high-level or electrical work to a qualified, insured professional.

We may suspend access, cancel orders or remove content if this policy is breached, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report misuse to support@greeroof.shop.
