Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to most destinations. A small number of long-reach pole kits or battery-containing items (such as the handheld flashlight in some kits) may be restricted to certain destinations by carrier or import rules; if we cannot ship an item to your address, we'll contact you and refund it.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery is typically 3–8 business days depending on destination.
• Summit members receive priority stock and dispatch.

Timescales are estimates and can vary with customs and carrier conditions.

Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order, shown at checkout in USD. Ridge members receive free standard shipping over an order threshold; Summit members receive free shipping with no threshold.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. These are not included in the price or shipping fee and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Kits that contain a battery-powered flashlight follow air-transport rules for lithium cells and may take longer or be limited to certain routes. Long telescopic poles are shipped as oversized parcels and may have limited carrier options to some regions.

You'll receive an order confirmation, and tracking once your parcel ships. You can also request an update via the order tracking page. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address; we're not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact support@greeroof.shop with your order reference and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
